If you have children, you know that eventually they will probably grace the walls of your home with their artwork. For me, the first time I noticed crayon marks on one of our walls it wasn’t just a little line, it was an entire mural. Evan had squirreled a piece of a crayon into his crib during a nap one day, and the result was an entire wall covered in brown crayon scrawlings.

I’ve been looking for a good way to remove crayon marks on our walls, and as I mentioned recently, I planned to try Baking Soda.

I simply added a little baking soda to a damp sponge and rubbed in gentle circles over the crayon marks on our wall, and amazingly it did the trick. I’m not sure why I was surprised to see how easily it worked since I use Baking Soda to clean so many areas of my home.

Once again, Arm & Hammer Baking Soda really came to the rescue and helped me tackle a tough cleaning job. I am also happy to report that the wall looked perfect (no stains) after using the baking soda to clean the crayon marks, it was really a perfect solution!
