Clean eating week one
I’ve been needing an overhaul. I have big weight loss goals, and then I eat a donut, and then I have remorse. This was pretty much my routine for the past year. Well, I sort of randomly joined a 5-day clean eating challenge on Facebook led by Raina from San Diego HR Mom and I’m feeling really good about it.
I’m not counting calories. I am Diet Coke free for 3 days (HUGE, HUGE DEAL), I’m drinking tons of water and I’m eating foods like this…
Real food. Wholesome food. I’m certainly not a clean eating expert and I’m sure that there are things that I’m doing wrong, but, it’s better than a donut!
