Dear Crissy

In the dark of December

ttv square photo

This photo is a few years old — layered with a free TTV (through the viewvinder) layer that I picked up on Flickr.

I don’t really mind winter, and love to see a snowflake or two, but I hate the darkness. Within a month, I’ll no doubt be suffering from seasonal affective disorder, and longing for spring.

Do you like winter?

I have a love-hate relationship with winter. I LOVE the holiday season, but come January 2nd, I get the blues.

No! I get SAD really bad and I have tried almost everything. I work from home and it is really hard for me to get motivated in the winter. If anyone has any new ideas, please let me know! But, having said how much I cannot stand winter – I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I hate winter. I hate the cold. I’ve lived in VT my whole life so now that I’m living in NJ it’s not AS bad but I still hate walking in the cold every morning. :(

Oh I suffer from SAD too! I can’t stand that the days get so much shorter. Plus, I get fat! It doesn’t matter if I eat less or more or increase my workouts. My body is programmed like a bear. I was meant to hibernate! :( If only that were an option. :)

NO! Can’t stand winter. I should have been born in somewhere lovely and warm!

What camera do you use please? Your pictures are fantastic? Are you finding yourself using the iPhone more?

    Thanks for all you share.

I love winter, but I love it on my terms. It’s best enjoyed indoors, if you ask me. Unless there’s snow on the ground. :)

Love that texture layer! It’s sublime.
