As the mother of two, one via cesarean, and one via VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), I have to say that I know I am quite fortunate to live in a country where I have access to quality healthcare. Every woman deserves access to care before, during, and after a pregnancy — their lives truly depend on it, and Every Mother Counts is helping to raise awareness of this issue.
Every Mother Counts is a campaign to end preventable deaths caused by pregnancy and childbirth around the world. Every Mother Counts informs, engages, and mobilizes new audiences to take action to improve the health and well-being of girls and women worldwide.
I really hope to see you all at the party tomorrow!
