Father’s Day is right around the corner — can you believe it? I guess we’re really heading toward summer now, and I couldn’t be happier!
We’ll no doubt be cooking out this weekend, and of course celebrating the fantastic men in our family.
This year, my husband actually took care of the Father’s Day gift for my dad, which I thought was really nice. Of course, it’s alway easier for men to buy gifts for other men — isn’t it?
I also gave my dad this selection of Dove Men+Care products since he loves goodies like this. He has reported back saying that he loved the scent of the products (and so does my mom). Apparently the body and face wash was a real winner, and he loved the deodorant too! It doesn’t surprise me, I always love Dove products.
While we’re talking about cool dads, I’d love to link-up to a couple of my favorite Dad Bloggers.

My husband is the best Dad to our two children. He has no problem waking up in the middle of the night for a feeding, or taking care of our two year old when she wakes up with a bad dream. He also changes dirty diapers without complaint :) He is truly an amazing father and we are all so blessed to have him. I couldn’t ask for a better father for my children.

My husband loves Dove Men Care Products. He is a soon to be dad as we are expecting our first child. My father passed away 2 years ago. My husband has been my rock and support during my recovery from the loss of my dad.
My boyfriend! Not only is he a wonderful dad to his 3 kids, he’s also a wonderful dad to my daughter. We have been together for 2 years and, after getting serious, he immediately took up the role as daddy since her real father chose not to be a part of her life. Any man who takes that responsibility by choice deserves lots of praise. It means the world to me!
Have to mention that the best father I know is my husband. He works very long hours and isn’t home much when the children are but when he’s home he makes spending time with them a priority:>)

Dad is 84 now the man doesn’t stop! He has more energy than I do. He still chases after his Great Grandkids. Watches them in the pool. Teaches them to swim and dive. He takes care of the pool and 1.5 acres of land. He mows the lawn on the tractor and the pool enclosure with a push mower. Mom and Dad will be celebrating 60 years of Marriage this month. He is my idol and I adore him!
I love when my hubby has his daily shower and uses his Dove products, just starts the day off right, and keeps me thinking of him all day long whether he is helping around the house or out doing errands; until he returns!!! He is my handyman. He is also a perfectionist and is always there when I need him. Happy Father’s sweetheart!!!

My dad is always helping someone in need. I’ve always known him to go out of his way to do something and not complain.
I don’t have a father figure in my life. I mean I do but I don’t consider any of them in that way but my husband is a great father to our two boys. He is a real man! Any man willing to step up to the plate and take care of their babies deserves to be called dad/father and my husband does it well!

I have three girls and have a wonderful man in my life but sadly we are on opposite sides of the world but its amazing how wonderful he has been with my girls so much so that when one of my girls was in hospital he spent time talking to her on the phone so i could have a break and leave her bedside to go to the bathroom and get something to eat…more amazing when you consider that her bio dad didnt even bother to visit her. All my girls love him to bits and the fact that hes in my life is something i will always be eternally thankful for.

My dad always made sure that he was there for me and my sister. We were very close growing up and one of my favorite memories is when he surprised us with bikes when we were about 10 years old. WhOops! iPhone failure! My previous post wasn’t even done but was accidentally posted. As I was saying, My Husband, father of our children, is the sole bread winner of the family. He has worked hard so that I am
able to stay home to be a stay at home mom since we don’t have the luxury of relatives to help babysit.
My dad is wonderful. He still takes his three daughters and their families on vacation with him (and my mom) every year. We all stay in the same house and they help watch the little ones while we have fun.

My fiancée is the best dad that I know. I began dating him when my youngest was 10 months and my oldest 2. Now they are 6 and 4 and he has been fantastic with them from day one. He has no biological children but he is such a natural and would give everything he had to make them happy!!
