Make ‘SING’ Part of Family Movie Night

This post is sponsored by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. Opinions are my own.

Even though I’m self-employed and set my own schedule, I still look forward to Friday just as much as the rest of my family. The weekends include some much needed family time for my crew, and Friday nights have become our night to enjoy a movie together.

Luckily, SING is available on Digital HD today—just in time for Friday Family Movie Night!

You can even purchase SING at or on their app.  Vudu is easy to use and the app is on your favorite devices (Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, streaming devices [i.e. Roku], and both Android and Apple mobile devices). I’ve been a van of Vudu for a while after discovering the app on our Smart TV.

When you purchase SING on VUDU, you’ll get more than just the movie.  You’re also going to be receiving 3 all-new mini-movies and so many fun extras that are sure to have your kiddos laughing like crazy.

I’m a big fan of Friday Family Movie Night because it takes all the pressure off of trying to figure out what to do or where to go with the kids. The whole family can get cozy in their PJ’s and just enjoy hanging out the unwinding after a busy week.

We can never decide between salty or sweet snacks, so I like making a popcorn mix that includes bits of chocolate. It’s sweet + salty heaven and the perfect snack food for watching a wonderfully funny family film like SING.

Speaking of relaxing and unwinding, you know, I’ve found that I’m in a better mood and even SLEEP better after watching a funny movie with the kids? I get so much joy out of seeing the kids crack up while watching a funny movie and I know that SING is one of those films that will have the whole family in tears of joy.

Laughter really is the best medicine!

More about SING

From Illumination, the studio that brought you The Secret Life of Pets and the Despicable Me franchise, comes an animated comedy about finding the music that lives inside all of us.

SING stars Academy Award® winner† Matthew McConaughey as Buster Moon, an eternally optimistic koala who puts on the world’s greatest singing competition to save his crumbling theater; Academy Award® winner Reese Witherspoon as Rosita, an overworked and unappreciated mother of 25 piglets desperate to unleash her inner diva; Scarlett Johansson as Ash, a punk rock porcupine with a beautiful voice behind her prickly exterior; Taron Egerton as Johnny, a young gangster gorilla looking to break free of his family’s felonies; as well as Seth MacFarlane, John C. Reilly, and Grammy Award-nominated Tori Kelly. SING is the musical comedy event of the year!
