Medifast weight loss results week 6

Wow, the time is just flying by. I can’t believe I’ve been doing Medifast for 6 weeks!

Medifast

I’m back on the 5 and 1 Plan, however, I feel like I am still paying for my slip-ups from the past couple of weeks. I fully expected to see another gain when I stepped on the scale today. Read more to find out if I lost or gained this week.

I didn’t lose, or gain.

Medifast weight loss stats:

Start weight: 180 lbs. on 11/30/2012
Lost week 1: 8.8 lbs.
Lost week 2: 1.8 lbs.
Lost week 3: 3.6 lbs.
Gained week 4: 0.8 lbs.
Gained week 5: 0.4 lbs.
No change week 6: 0.0 lbs.
Total lost so far: 13 lbs.

Current weight: 167 lbs.

No change is better than a gain!

Well, now that I’ve finally at least gone a week without a gain, I am hoping that I can start moving things in the right direction again.

I have every excuse in the world as to why I am not 100% perfect with the plan, including the fact that I am just tired and stressed lately. I know, it’s always something. I definitely tend to eat more when I am stressed, so I’m focusing on drinking more water and getting more sleep this week too.

You are so close to reaching your first goal weight! Don’t lose your motivation, and try to make each meal time fun and get creative. I will be starting a new diet tomorrow and am really excited to start shedding my baby weight. Keep going! (:

That is really great progress in just a few weeks. I always feel like I plateau every 10 pounds and then have to wait a few weeks before I start losing again. Good luck. I am trying to pick a diet plan for myself now that is easy so that when my life gets hectic, which it is about to, I will be able to stick with it.

I know this was posted a while back, and I’m not sure if you are still on Medifast or not, but I wanted to give a little input. I am only on week 5 of Medifast, but I ended up drinking one night, and had trouble dropping weight after that for a few days. So, I decided to switch my L&G to lunch one time to see if that spiked a weight loss increase. The next day, I was down about 1 lb. I decided to experiment, and this whole week I will be doing my L&G for lunch rather than dinner. After doing it yesterday, I was down 0.8 lbs. I don’t know if it’s a fluke or not, since I’ve only done it twice, but I thought maybe you’d want to try if you were still struggling to lose weight!
