I guess my best beach ready tip would be to moisturize your skin daily and use tons of sunscreen

To get beach ready… put your aloe in the fridge, then when you get home with a little burn the aloe is nice and cold to put on.

Apply and re-apply sunscreen often- every 30 minutes – especially if you are swimming or on the water.
Remember to pack water..& sunscreen!!

Get everything ready a few days in advance this way you know what you need
Put your sunscreen on about 15 minutes before you head out to the beach so it has time to sink in and them apply liberally as directed on the bottle. Remember your feet, your ears, the back of your neck and under your arms.
Sand off lotion so that you do not have to worry about tracking all that sand back in the car…

By beach ready i assumed body and such, so this year I went on a low calorie no soda diet off online and I lost 15 pounds in a month=) gotta try new foods also. Also sunscreen!!! I fry easily=)

take baby powder along, it will help dry your legs and feet so the sand easily brushes off. Use the baby powder liberally, the cheap stuff works fine.

I always use a sugar scrub to get my skin all soft and smooth.
Always wear sunscreen and a limp balm with an SPF and bring lots of water with you.

My best tip is to make sure you are well hydrated and you remember to reapply sunscreen after swimming, also you need to apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.

Best tip: 2 to 3 jugs of water. Got to keep the family hydrated!

Bring Sunscreen and WATER! Stay hydrated! And if you have kids, freeze their little juice boxes so that they stay cold after you take them out of the bag/cooler. You can do the same with your water bottles also.

My best tip for getting “beach ready” would be to get a small base tan before going to the beach so you tan instead of burning! I learned this the hard way :)

Anyone with a sun burn- lather your burn with Noxzema cream it helps take the sting out of the burn and remember to drink lots of water. That’s my best advice to get beach ready.

Getting ready beach tip: Is protection. Protect your skin by applying sunscreen before you head to the beach, reapply when you arrive at the beach and keep reapplying every to hours. Also protect your hair buy applying conditioner to your hair before you head out to the beach. Also shower as soon as you get home, if you can rinse yourself off at the beach even better.
well for nicer arms I do about 1 – 12 push ups a day and that gets my arms and back nice and toned. :-)

My #1 tip for getting beach ready is to use LOTS of sunscreen! No matter how fit you are, you won’t look great in that bikini with leathery, sunburned skin!
All I can say is the beginning of great skin is a clean one! During the summer months, I take warm showers and not hot showers. This helps my skin retain it’s moisture, in my case.
