I am such a fan of Odwalla, and right now, Odwalla is giving away a $10,000 gift card and a year’s worth of Odwalla beverages and bars to one lucky winner when you register to enter their Plant-A-Tree Sweepstakes!
I registered, and I can tell you that the process is super simple and for a great cause.
Nature is important to Odwalla. It’s been their inspiration and their partner from the day they started squeezing orange juice more than 30 years ago. The goodness of nature is what Odwalla products are made of, which is why Odwalla is teaming up with The Nature Conservancy’s All Hands on Earth campaign to plant up to 100,000 trees through 2013 in cities and towns across the country.
Why trees? Because clean water, healthy soil, and fresh air are the not-so-secret ingredients that make Odwalla beverages and bars as good as they are! This is also a great topic to discuss with your children, so invite your kids to help you create a tree on the Odwalla website, and then take some time to discuss the importance of conserving and preserving the beauty of the world around us. Children need to know that nature’s glories are fleeting, and that we all need to do our part to help ensure a green world with fresh air for future generations of children.
