Pumpkin spice drink recipe

Pumpkin Spice Holiday Drink #silkology

I have a delicious pumpkin spice drink recipe today that you are going to love!

I swear, I truly love everything about the holiday season. I love the cold, crisp air. I love snow. I love gathering with my friends and family, and I also love the delicious foods and warm comforting drinks associated with Christmastime.

I do, however, get a little bored with the same old hot coffee and cocoa. I don’t always want to make a trip to a coffee shop for a specialty drink, so I love finding great recipes (like this pumpkin spice drink recipe) for holiday drinks that I can make at home.

I had never really thought of using Silk as the base for a holiday drink, but it makes perfect sense. I used my favorite Silk product, their sweet and creamy Almondmilk, as the base for this pumpkin spice drink recipe.

If you love pumpkin, you’ll definitely adore this pumpkin spice drink recipe utilizing Silk!

Pumpkin Spice  Drink Recipe

  • 1 cup Silk Vanilla soy, almond or coconutmilk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp canned or fresh processed pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp ground pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp honey, agave or caramel flavored syrup*
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters** (I skipped this)
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

*Found in the grocery store coffee aisle
**Adds a trace amount of alcohol to your pumpkin spice drink recipe

Whisk all ingredients except garnish or whirl them together in a blender. Pour your pumpkin spice drink into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Cheers, and Happy Holidays!
