I Am Ready For Spring To Hatch *

I am craving spring.

It is a physical ache. The blue skies of late have been nice, but I am ready for the warmer weather too. I find that I feel more and more stir crazy with each passing winter season, and if was not for our close ties with family here in Ohio, we would definitely pack up and move someplace warmer.

I used to look forward to cold weather and snow, but as I age, I have less and less use for it.

Give me warmth!

    Must admit I AGREE! I’m in Ontario & though we’ve had an amazingly mild winter here with minimal snow, I have the attitude of ‘Enough Already.’
    I keep looking for robins, but alas, they are missing in action. I need some warmth. Bring on Spring!

    Totally agree! We live in Colorado, and as I hear the wind howling outside and feel snow in the air — I dream about beaches and sunshine!

    Spring is starting to play peek-a-boo in Barcelona! It’s just wonderful to feel the warm rays of sun and the feeling of not feeling hot nor cold. :)

    I agree! However, the weather in MI has been very very mild, and I’ve been soooooo happy about it! But yes, I am so excited for warmer times to get out and walk iwth my kiddo’s and enjoying grilling at 7pm again! =)

    I am with you on this one. We used to live in Hilliard, OH. I’m sure you know where that is since you are in Columbus. Now we are in Illinois and it’s just as cold. It will be in the 50′s this week, but I can’t wait for the 70′s.

    I just want to wear cute shoes again! After my first hard winter in YEARS, all of my sturdy winter shoes crapped out on me at once. (Probably because they are all 10 years old.) I want to paint my toenails and wear impractical high heeled sandals! And also enjoy my first summer in 6 years that I have not been pregnant or recently pregnant or still-holding-onto-baby-weight. It cannot come fast enough!
