October is breast cancer awareness month, and because most of us have been impacted by breast cancer in one way or another, this is the perfect time to talk about the vital importance for all women to do monthly self breast examinations.

Catching the disease early can make all the difference. As women, we’re all on this team together, and we need to support each other and remind each other to take this very necessary step to keeping ourselves healthy every month.
