Slim-Fast Conclusions #SFSlimDown *
As summer fades away, and fall begins, I’m happy to report that I’ve lost a total of 12 lbs. on the Slim-Fast plan over the past couple of months.
I’ve updated you on my weight loss, and even conducted a few fun giveaways. I really hope that all of you have enjoyed following along with my weight loss journey.
It’s true that losing weight can be difficult, but it really just takes making a firm decision in your mind and finding the right plan to follow. For me, I found Slim-Fast to be very reasonable to follow. I also loved the shakes and foods, and really feel that this weight loss is going to be something that I can easily maintain going forward, and that means a lot.
If you’ve ever been on the fence about trying Slim-Fast, I would encourage you to make the leap. I know that I’ve been really happy with my results, and I’d love to hear about your experiences if you’ve tried the program as well!
Also, don’t forget breastfeeding burns on average 200-500 calories per day, so even without a weight loss program you are burning extra calories. A woman who is breastfeeding should consume at least 1,800 calories a day and achieve a gradual weight loss of 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week.
