Well, being fall is here that gives me several months to get ready, but truly being of modest faith its not what others see its what i see that counts . How do i keep fit thats easy get off my butt and work out. i do my best to eat right but the chocolate monster wins alot

Beach-ready?!? I live in Missouri :) The only exercise I do is walking & I don’t do it as much as I should. I would really love to win this package–I’ve tried Slimfast products before & love them but can no longer afford the shakes :(

I don’t usually try to get ready for the beach as I can’t really go out into the sun for long. But yes, I could stand to lose 5 (OK 50) pounds and have used Slim-Fast in the past. I too love the flavors of them!

I tried getting beach ready by incorporating exercise 5 days a week and by changing my diet.
I didn’t. havent warn a bathing suit since high school.
What!? That’s not right :( You don’t have to wear a bathing suit everyone else thinks is right! I usually wear a cute yoga top (they have a built in bra AND dry just as quickly as a swimsuit), and matching men’s swim trunks. I feel pretty and I’m not uncomfortable at all.
Unfortunately I didn’t get beach ready this summer, but I am planning on getting fit for the winter.

Lol. I guess I should have read the question first. I started eating as many salads as I could and walking more.
i eat less, exercise more and then start shopping.
Unfortunately, I did not get beach ready this year. Hopefully, next year I will be ready.

I do a lot of biking to try to keep in shape, and I have a stationary bike in the garage that I use in the winter months when I can’t get outside.

Yoga and lots of walking because I do not drive.
To get beach ready, I have been doing a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Cardio 5 times a week.
I didn’t get beach ready. We never made it! But really, we got pool ready by setting up all the bags of gear for myself, husband and three kids. It was in the car at all times because we don’t have our own pool so anytime we had a chance, we were ready!
Exercise and diet!
I generally don’t worry about being beach-ready. The sun kill, you know ;) LOL But next year I’d like to be tank-top ready!
Beach ready? I did the opposite, I had a baby that kept me so sick thru my pregnancy that I gained lots of extra weight and refused to help me lose weight by breastfeeding, wasn’t interested in working that hard after the hospital supplemented him with easy flow bottles. I gotta start now for next summer! Dreading dieting while working full time and being as full time a mom as I can, but keeping my old clothes in sight to try to get motivated!
Exercise and eating right
I would have to work on it all winter long…..eating healthy, exercising, toning, and getting a tan! Would absolutely change my eating habits….(never say “DIE-IT”!!!) Those things don’t work!! But I can verify that Slimfast DOES work wonders, as I have used it in the past. Would LOVE to win this prize pack, so I can get back in the “routine”!
I have tried the Slim Fast plan….several times! I LOVE the shakes but I get so hungry about an hour or two later. I need a plan that will fill m up and not leave me hungry all the time!!

The beach?? Sigh. distant memory. haven’t been in years. Best tip is, wrap your food carefully, nothing worse than sand in your sandwich.
I like Slimfast, sometimes I add some powdered malt to the chocolate shake for added flavor & something different.
I didn’t – I’ve been hugely pregnant for most of it! That makes next year even more of a challenge….

Living on the coast of south Florida, I’m always beach ready! I keep the gear right in the trunk of my car! OH! You mean weight wise? Didn’t know you had to be thin to enjoy going to the beach..well, I’m happy in my own skin. Sure I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I’m not going to avoid happy moments with my kids just because I need to lose 30 pounds!

I definitely didn’t get ready for summer this year. Instead, for my birthday, I bought myself the Insanity workout from Beachbody – two weeks in and I’m feeling the pain. I’ll be just finished in time for my cruise in November! I’m gonna look amazing on the beaches in the Caribbean!
Started exercising a few weeks ago. Trying to eat healthier but sometimes it is just hard. I’ve never tried slim fast. I’m worried I won’t like the taste and will have wasted money. Would love to try it out first to see if I like it.
Our family has been struggling to move forward to change to a healthier lifestyle it often feels like being on a long road with so many side roads leading back to square one (to easy to fall back into old habits). So we’ve taken the long view, small changes & not to get to upset about an off day (hey sometimes you just can’t say no to chocolate).

I get ready for the summer by fierce workouts and getting pre-tanned.Even if that involves a little fake and bake. Also the hair gets dyed lighter.

Continuing on my weight loss routine after gastric bypass. some think that because I had bypass surgery weight loss is a breeze … guess what … it isn’t. It’s still a constant struggle but one I’m winning and by NEXT summer I will be happy to be seen on the beach … in a swimsuit instead of jeans!

I would be ELATED to win this! I just started using Slim-Fast a week ago…I too love it for its convenience and how easy it is to follow. (I have 3 kiddos under 5 so it has to be easy!) But it’s also so yummy! Using Slim Fast has been the start of taking care of myself and getting healthy since having my last child and it feels great :)
