Also, don’t forget breastfeeding burns on average 200-500 calories per day, so even without a weight loss program you are burning extra calories. A woman who is breastfeeding should consume at least 1,800 calories a day and achieve a gradual weight loss of 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week.

I usually like to walk a couple of miles a day, but I was very sick the first part of this summer—so I gained weight—-then the temp soared to over 100 degrees and I never did start walking. I plan to begin this Monday!
I shave my legs with a coconut sugar scrub that makes my legs baby soft!TU
I walk more, cut sugar completely out and all white food groups.
I didn’t get beach ready this summer, darn it. :[ LOL I had a baby at the end of last summer, so I’ve been kinda busy! I’m hoping to get in shape for next summer, and would love to include SlimFast! As well as working out.

Watching my caloric intake & portion size biggest for me.
I get beach-ready by exercising every morning and eating as many vegetables as possible instead of junk food!
I avoid eating salty things so i’m not bloated!
We always bring a few lap blankets to the beach- it’s already turning cold now during the early evenings.
I started drinking my coffee black and eat a lot more salad for lunch. I also began making sandwiches with tortillas rather than bread. They’re easy to roll up, contain the veggies much better (they always seem to roll out the sides when using bread) and are light. :)
I am pregnant during this summer so I went out and bought a cute new bathing suit to show off my bump! :)
I get peachy with daily exercise, which includes any one of the following water aerobics, cycling, yoga and stretch classes.
I have lost quite a bit of weight but depend on slim fast for vitamins and minerals. Would love to have coupons because some months I have to buy the store brand. Slim fast has been my go-to for years(and I am 66)!
I am not really beach ready. I am at the upper end of normal and I hate to say have given up trying to loose that baby weight. I love Slim Fast bars but a bar product like that isn’t in our budget. Would love to win!
My family and I were planning a summer vacation which included beach time so I wanted to make sure I was swimming suit ready. For me it was all about carb portion control. I am a major carb addict. Yes, I can admit it. I cut my carbs to the actual serving size. I also started using my kids’ little cartoon design plates because they are smaller and it made it appear that I had a fuller plate. The last step was increasing my veggie intake. I lost 13 pounds in just over a month. I’m still a size 12/14 but it made me feel better about myself. I would love to get down to a 10!
I used my Kinect for exercise.
This stuff tastes great!
Trying to work on lifting weights more than just focusing on cardio
I try to workout for at least one hour 5x a week. I have also been getting better about eating healthier foods.

I didn’t!! Hopefully for next summer! I did just buy a tread climber so I’ll be New Year Ready!!!
I bought myself a new bikini this year. I used to always wear one piece suits because I hated how I looked in a bikini. Last year we changed how we ate completely and I dropped 25lbs. Now we maintain a healthy diet and the weight has stayed off, so for the first time in the last 10 years, a bikini seemed in order :-)
I live in Florida and 2 miles from the beach so I stay pretty much beach ready all year long. I love walking especially on the beach and spend my days running after children.

Lots of sit ups! Thanks for the chance to win.
I prep for summer by stocking up on lots of sunscreen!
There is no beach no me at all so not really beach ready. do exercise though
