The Fresh Diet review
Salmon Caesar wrap on spinach tortilla, with romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
This was an item on my lunch menu from The Fresh Diet this week, and seriously, it beats my usual lunch of Evan’s leftover macaroni and cheese. By a long shot!
In case you didn’t read my post last week, The Fresh Diet is a gourmet meal delivery service. The Fresh Diet’s healthy, yumtastic (maybe not a word, but accurate) meals will help you not only lose weight, but save time.
I am so sad that my week of Fresh Diet meals is coming to a close. I can tell you with certainty that I ate better this week than I have in a long time. Eating well helped me to have more energy, and generally feel so much healthier and happier.
I admit, I was a little skeptical about meals coming in a box via FedEx. I mean, how good could this food be, really?
I was immediately impressed with how professionally the food was packed, and how cold it was when it arrived at my home. Each meal was marked as breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner, and came in sealed, air-tight containers.
So, how was the food?
I found myself eating foods that honestly I would normally only get in a restaurant. Some of the foods were even new to me, and I loved having the chance to explore new flavors. After warming and plating each dish, I really felt like I was having a mini-escape, and I savored every bite!

Would I recommend The Fresh Diet?
Absolutely. In fact, I am shedding a tear as I say farewell to my review week. Dear Fresh Diet, if you ever need a brand ambassador? I’m your girl!
The fresh, delicious food can not be beat, and the convenience is just amazing.
