When texture isn’t a good thing

We’re currently in the process of a kitchen renovation.

In fact, we’re in the trenches right now, and we’re making decisions about wood color, flooring, paint color and even whether or not to get clear or textured glass for the cabinet doors on our new cabinets.

Textured glass is very beautiful, but it costs more than plain clear glass, unfortunately.

On the other hand, textured refrigerator-door handles, those aren’t exactly a top-of-the-line upgrade. In fact, when you feel texture on your refrigerator-door handles, it probably just means it’s… filthy. I know, I’ve been there!

Do you know what Clorox calls a food-caked refrigerator-door handle? They call it: Slobby Knobby(pronounced: slob-ee nob-ee,) and defined as: The refrigerator handle that is full of grease and other stuff. This priceless word comes from the Clorox Ick-tionary.

Sometimes I feel like I need to chisel the crud off the refrigerator handle, but in reality, a Clorox Disinfecting Wipe solves the problem.

I’ve said it before, but I buy Clorox Disinfecting wipes in bulk, literally. I find them so easy to use, especially for kitchen cleanup. They are a vital part of my daily cleaning routine.

We’ll be getting a new set of beautiful and shiny kitchen appliances when we reach that phase of our renovation. I know I can keep my knobbies un-slobby with Clorox Disinfecting Wipes!
