Saving time with the Whirlpool Duet
I never realized how much time I used to spend doing laundry.
When you don’t have anything to compare against your tried and true routine, it’s just that, your routine.
I also didn’t realize just how small the loads of laundry were that I was doing with my old washer and dryer, but fully recognize how awesome it is to be able to wash and dry very large loads in my new Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer.
I am definitely saving so much time with the Whirlpool Duet, and you know what else I’m saving? Money! My Whirlpool Duet Laundry Pair uses as little as 11.5 gallons of water per load, and it also exceeds the minimum federal standards for energy selling requirements by more that 160% on average.
Amazingly, we will save as much as $3,300 in lifetime energy costs, and for every household that uses the Whirlpool Duet, 12,857 gallons of water could be saved every single year. How crazy and cool is that?
So, am I saving time and money, for sure. However, do you want to know what has really excited me about my Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer this week? It may seem silly, but I find it absolutely amazing. For months, I’ve been meaning to buy new towels, because frankly our are old, rough, and just past their prime.
I am not sure how in the world it works, but since using the Duet, our old towels have been emerging from the dryer soft, plush, and fluffy. They feel amazing, like new towels! Thumbs up Whirlpool, thumbs way up.
Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a test-drive campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Whirlpool and received a complimentary Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer to facilitate my review.
