Wordless Wednesday: Closer to Spring *

Today, one of my Facebook friends posted a simple status update that read: “One day closer to spring!”

One Day Closer to Spring

Today I woke up to see that about four inches of white fluffy snow had fallen overnight.

After December 25th, I’m pretty much over snow. I can remember thinking when I was younger that my parents were pretty Grinchy for despising winter and snow, but now that I’m older and have my own summer-hungry and stir-crazy toddlers, I get it.

Today, we’re one day closer to spring, and that’s worth celebrating! :)

    I’m so sorry that you are still in winter mode. Here in Texas we are having spring. The trees and flowers are beginning to bloom. Hopefully spring will come soon for you :)
