5 Tips For A Winning Super Bowl Party

I’d like to thank Heluva Good! for sponsoring this post.

With the big game right around the corner, it’s definitely time to put the finishing touches on your Super Bowl party plans! Whether you’re hosting a crowd or just a few of your closest MVP’s, my tips below will help you gear-up for the biggest game of the year!

  1. Create Superbowl-Themed Appetizers

I love using Heluva Good! dips to feed my football-loving crew. I used Heluva Good! French Onion Dip to make these super-cute and portable veggie dip cups.

These are so easy to make. Just add some of your favorite Heluva Good! Dip to the bottom of a plastic cup and place your veggies of choice in the cup.

We used celery, carrot sticks and tomatoes. Crispy red pepper slices or cucumber sticks would also taste incredible.

Also, don’t miss my tasty loaded mini brats!

Another delicious football-themed appetizer I recently made are these yummy pizza pockets. They taste great dipped in Heluva Good! Buttermilk Ranch Dip. For the pizza pockets, I just used a refrigerated pie crust, our fave toppings inside, and an egg wash to seal the two sides. Crimp with a fork and bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. Turn Your Home Into A Comfy-Stadium

It’s so easy to cozy-up your home for a great Super Bowl party. I like to add colorful pillows (to represent our favorite team) on the sofa and chairs. For additional seating, you can add even more pillows to the floor for comfortable seating in front of the television.

  3. Choose A Side

Whether everyone at your party is on the same team, or you’re enjoying a bit of friendly rivalry, it’s fun to show your support during the game.

Purchase a couple yards of fabric in the colors of the teams you are cheering for and make simple towels or flags to wave during the game!

  4. Mini Games

  5. Keep the fun moving by creating some fun competition for guests to enjoy during the big game. A few ideas for simple but fun games are ping pong ball tosses into buckets, pin the football on the goal, or rate the Super Bowl commercial.

You can create rating cards and glue the numbers to popsicle sticks so that all of your guests can weigh-in on those big-game commercials!

  6. Make Memories

Don’t forget to take some photos during the game! Cell phone shots are great for sharing on social media, but I also love having a polaroid camera for creating memories that I can send home with our guests. This is a fun keepsake and a great way to capture those fun memories.

Of course, you can take your big game party to the next level with the Heluva Good! No Fumble Fanny Pack!
