My kids really enjoy this nutritious chocolate banana milkshake at breakfast time. I have some great to-go smoothie cups that I like to use on school mornings so the kids can have their shake on the drive to class. I’ve even been known to blend a little extra for myself—it’s just that good!

My dad always used to buy Ovaltine for me and my brother when we were kids, so there is a bit of nostalgia for me when I use this product. As much as my brother and I enjoyed having Ovaltine, I think my dad secretly purchased it more for himself than for us! I can’t blame him!

Chocolate Banana Milkshake

A delicious and nutritious chocolate milkshake for kids.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup OVALTINE Rich Chocolate Mix

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
