Fruity Breakfast Smoothie
Breakfast time—it’s often chaotic in my house. Between getting my son ready for school, chasing my daughter all over the house just to get her dressed and her hair combed, and trying to make an actual meal materialize for myself and the kids, mornings can be pretty wild in the Page household.
My solution to the breakfast rush as of late has been smoothies, and this delicious and vitamin-rich fruity breakfast smoothie is my current favorite.
This fruity breakfast smoothy features fresh fruit that has been washed, cut, and then frozen. I’ve actually been making fruit smoothie packs ahead of time by putting all the fruit for one batch in a large freezer bag, dating it and labeling and then popping it in the freezer for later use.
It’s so nice to be able to grab a smoothie pack and blend it up with absolutely no extra work!
The pineapple and orange juices make this fruity breakfast smoothie nice and sweet, so it’s also a hit with my kids, and I love knowing that they’re getting a nice serving of fresh fruit to start their day.
This fruity breakfast smoothie is also really versatile, and you can make substitutions using your favorite berries or other fruits.
This fruit smoothie is incredibly delicious and leaves me feeling energized and ready to start my day.
I have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old, so getting off on the right foot in the mornings is pretty important. Breakfast is vital, and I feel so much better when I take a little time for myself to nourish my own body as well as the bodies of my little darlings.
I hope your family loves this fruity breakfast smoothie as much as mine does!

I can’t have yogurt. This sounds so yummy. Do you have any suggestions for what I can substitute for the yogurt? Thanks much.
