Do you ever feel like you just don’t have enough time to get everything done in a day? If you’re a busy mom like me, you probably have thoughts like that running through your mind all the time!

If there’s one important lesson that I’ve learned since becoming a mother, it’s that no matter how chaotic life can get, it’s important to carve out those small and special moments with our kids each week. I’ve also learned that extra moments are hiding in some unexpected places! I was able to create some extra time to spend with this sweet girl last night while our On-Cor Lasagna with Meat Sauce was in the oven!

Have the On-Cor jingle from the commercials in your mind now? Me too!

Just in case you didn’t know, On-Cor has recently enhanced their products to satisfy the needs of moms looking for convenient, quality dinner solutions for their families, and their new packaging makes it easier for consumers to understand exactly what they are feeding their families.

On those busy weeknights when I simply can’t even entertain the idea of cooking a meal from scratch, On-Cor offers my family a great-tasting meal that saves me an incredible amount of time and fuss.

I also love the versatility of On-Cor. Of course, you can keep your On-Cor entrée as is, or you can put a personalized spin on your favorite meal, such as turning the Gravy & Salisbury Steaks into sliders.

I like to add rotisserie chicken and broccoli to the macaroni and cheese to make a complete family meal!

So, last night while our lasagna cooked in the oven, I had some arts and crafts fun with my little Kara.

We put together these really fun fairy mosaics, which she later displayed in her bedroom.

Sure, it was a simple little activity, but those forty moments of time that we were able to enjoy were so special to her—and to me! There have been times when I felt like I was too busy to stop and play a game or do a craft with the kids, but it’s amazing how much of a stress-reliever it is when you find the time.

I’m so glad I opted for no-fuss, delicious On-Cor last night for dinner!

For your next family meal, head to the freezer aisle of Kroger or check out the store locator at www.on-cor.com to pick up one of On-Cor’s entrées.

  1. Oh man, maybe spend some time with our new kitty we just got

  2. I would use the extra time do do fall cleanup on our lawn. The leaves aren’t all down yet, but we are getting close to the point where it will be too cold to want to rake them up!!!

  3. We have Craft and coloring time in our home while dinner is cooking. It’s our extra mommy and me time every evening and I cherish every moment of it.
