Forget about pumpkin spice latte, there’s a new kid in town and it’s this trendy but powerful turmeric latte recipe!
My turmeric latte will be super easy to make if you’ve already got some of my turmeric golden paste on hand, but you can still whip some up pretty quickly using a few simple pantry ingredients.
This turmeric latte isn’t to be confused with golden milk (which is great, but different in this case), though, a lot of sites I’ve seen seem to use the term golden milk and turmeric lattes interchangeably. This particular turmeric latte recipe is more like a real-deal latte in that it starts with an espresso base.

The first time I made this turmeric latte recipe I was a little skeptical about how the turmeric might taste but I found the flavor to be very mild. The coconut oil and cream really help to balance the spicy turmeric notes. Of course, you need to be sure you’re using a high quality virgin coconut oil in order to reap that delicious flavor. The refined coconut oils will have a neutral scent and flavor thus not contributing anything to your recipe.

There are even studies now showing that curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, is showing promise in battling depression.
I am a big believer in looking to nature and whole foods to heal our bodies, so I’m definitely making an effort to get more turmeric in my diet every day.
