In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth.
Add the drained green beans and cooked bacon to the baking dish. Pour the glaze over the top and stir gently to coat everything evenly.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir once halfway through to help the glaze thicken and coat the beans.
Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before serving so the glaze can set slightly.
