My favorite thing about this pumpkin spice snack mix is the wonderful sweet and salty flavor. Of course, the kids just love all of that great fall candy included in the mix.

This recipe makes about 16 servings (at about 1/2 cup per serving) which is perfect for my daughter’s kindergarten class. I portioned my snack mix into snack-size plastic baggies, which worked really well and held the half-cup servings perfectly.

Grab some extra ingredients if you need to make a double batch for a larger party or gathering.

This pumpkin spice snack mix tastes great all week when stored in an airtight container. Just watch out, because keeping a big jar of this around the house can be dangerous in the tastiest way.

Pumpkin Spice Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini twist pretzels
  • 1/2 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup Reeseโ€™s Pieces
  • ยฝ cup M&Mโ€™s White Chocolate Candy Corn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275.
  • In a large bowl add the cereal and pretzels.
  • In a small bowl add melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Pour over the dry mixture and stir to thoroughly coat.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, stirring well every 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool thoroughly.
  • Toss with candy, store in an airtight container, enjoy!
