How to Make Boneless Pork Chops in Crock Pot
My easy crock pot pork chops are truly a set-it-and-forget-it slow cooker meal.
Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make these tasty smothered pork chops.
- 4-6 pork chops, bone-in or boneless (I used New York pork chops)
- 1 (10 ½ oz. can) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ½ oz. can) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
As I noted above, I like using boneless pork chops when I make this dish.
The great news is, however, you can use any pork chops your family prefers. Bone-in pork chops are fine as well!
