My family loves when I whip up a batch of cinnamon rolls for breakfast. It’s usually something I save for Saturday mornings when we’re not in a rush to get to school or work.

Easy Biscuit Cinnamon Rolls

Servings: 10 -20 rolls
Quick and easy cinnamon rolls that you can make using a can of biscuits!

Ingredients

  • 1 8- pack can of refrigerator biscuits
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • ยผ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ยฝ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Glaze

  • 1 cup confectionersโ€™ sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Open the biscuits and separate them. Leave them out at room temperature for 15 minutes to warm up.
  • Place each biscuits side by side with the sides touching each other, then press and pinch together.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the biscuits until flat and the dough is in the shape of a rectangle, itโ€™s ok if the sides are uneven.
  • Using a pastry brush, apply the 2 tablespoons of ย butter over the top of the entire piece of dough.
  • Mix together the sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle over the buttered dough.
  • Roll up, beginning from one of the short ends. Using a sharp knife, slice the dough into 1-inch pieces. Place rolls in an ungreased 9-inch oven safe dish.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 ย minutes.
  • Glaze
  • Mix the confectionersโ€™ sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over rolls while they are still hot.

    AAMMMMMAAAAZZZZING! we added 1/4 cup of heart whipping cream to the top before baking and these came out delicious! This is just what my craving needed, thank you thank you! My sons rates them a A++!

    These are very easy and delicious, plus they are even good as leftovers, which canned cinnamon rolls are not! I make these for my teenaged son as a treat. I use the Aldiโ€™s jumbo biscuits ($.79) much cheaper and way better than the already canned cinnamon rolls. Thanks!ย
