The filling in my OREO strawberry smoothie cheesecake bars tastes just like a cold and creamy fruit smoothie.

I love using sweet and juicy strawberries in this recipe, but you could easily mix it up by adding the fresh or frozen fruit of your choice. Blueberries, raspberries or blackberries would also taste incredible. You could even go totally nuts and use a combination of your favorite berries to created a mixed berry smoothie treat.

  1. This is a good recipe, but the proportions are way off for an 8″x 8″ pan. The strawberry filling is more than enough for a 9 x 13″ pan.  If you increase the chocolate crust to the entire package of Oreos and slightly increase the butter, it will cover the bottom of the pan with a thick crust. Definitely let it set up overnight. Nice way to use up berries that are not so prime. I also suspect the you could use this recipe with blueberries, red raspberries or black raspberries. Nicely done.
